enjoyed our stay, would definitely return. this place was great in general with a competent and friendly staff team. had good sleep at the double room. the bed was comfortable and there were a small mini fridge and a tv to use.

Clean and fairly quiet rooms with good set of facilities. The hotel has good location in the middle of jackson. The staff is professional, they ensure you have an enjoyable time here.

We thoroughly enjoyed the a double room as it was comfy. It was very handy to have a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator. Location: the hotel was close to the downtown or shopping and Williston.

Housekeeping skills need a serious upgrade!!! Common areas like hallways are dim and uninviting, and the patio furniture could really use a freshen-up and some cleaning attention!!!

The location is perfect, with everything nearby. Amrit and jasleen were super helpful. Our queen room was spacious with a big tv, comfy bed, and the added bonus of a microwave and mini fridge. Plus, the fitness center was a great perk!

Check-in was quick, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. The dining area had filthy tables and disrepair throughout. While pet-friendly, I wasn't warned about barking dogs nearby. A good deep clean and maintenance upgrade would go a long way.

We had fun exploring nearby outlet shopping and even played some billiards at the hotel. The kids loved the spacious two queen beds room. It was convenient having a mini fridge for snacks and drinks.

My wife says that more kid-friendly breakfast options would be great.
